The building is located in Prague 5, in the immediate vicinity of the former Vineyard estate in a quiet neighbourhood on an almost flat site and centrally located in the northwest corner.  The Villa is designed to accommodate a family with three children.

The determining elements of the design were the dialogue between the natural terrain within its views. Simple lines and clear volumes, natural lighting, skylights and vertical features combine harmoniously. The foyer reveals an interior patio that organizes the use of the house, clearly dividing the day program: living room, dining room, kitchen and services area and the night program with the bedrooms on the second floor and the gym, pool and entertaining area on the bottom floor, all creating the perfect balance for family living.

This house is designed as a smart home. All of the components work together: lighting, shading, room climate and beyond. Through this intelligent interaction, the home adjusts to your needs and opens possibilities.
