Description:

This Townhome complex is located in North Vancouver. The property is located on a sloped lot and was constructed in 2022. The complex is a two-row house-type building separated by an interior courtyard aisle containing 8 units. This wood frame building is designed and constructed with passive house standards with low slope flat roof and roof top decks.
Both three stories are situated parallel to the street and lane. The South Block, facing 3rd street consists of five individual units and one adaptable lock-off unit. The North Block consists of three individual units and two lock-off units. The ground floor is partially under the grade level because of the sloping site. The mechanical systems include a high-efficiency HRV and an air-to-air heat pump. Each unit is serviced by its own HRV for constant fresh air.

This project was done by Studio One Architecture. We were involved in preliminary design, construction drawings, and rendering.
