Open positions
Interior Designer & Building Designer
We are looking for a talented, well-rounded individual who is adept at the design and technical sides of Interior Design and Building. Excellent time management skills, ability to contribute to meeting deadlines, and willingness to learn are the attributes we expect from all of our employees.
To qualify for this position, you need to possess:

Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate ideas from concepts to detailed drawings.

Experience (min. 1-2 years post-graduation) in an building office environment.

Experience in significant project phases from concept through completion.

Experience with and interest in tenant improvements.

Experience using AutoCAD 2018 (or above) and Revit software.

Excellent understanding of BC Building Code, Vancouver Building Code Bylaws, and basic building envelope concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as a team member, and to incorporate direction well. Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Self-motivation and the ability to work within project constraints are very important to us.
